This fanlisting is dedicated to the relationship between the characters Lucas Lorenzo "Lucky" Spencer and Elizabeth "Liz" Webber from the long-running daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Lucky, son of Luke and Laura Spencer, has had quite a life. Elizabeth Webber a troubled teenager who came to Port Charles looking for troubled, lived with her grandmother and her sister Sarah. Lucky and Liz didn't get along at first, they actually hated each other. Lucky and Liz became friends and Liz asked Lucky to a school dance for Valentine's Day, Lucky agreed to go that is until Sarah asked him to take her instead. Lucky took Sarah to the dance and a heart broken Liz went to a movie and then to the park instead of going to the dance. When Liz was sitting alone in the park she was brutally attacked and raped by an unknown man. Lucky, who was worried about Liz after she didn't show up for the dance, went looking for Liz. Lucky found Liz after her rape in the park and took her to his house and was so sweet and gentle to her! Lucky has been Liz's support system and her rock to lean on ever since then. Soon after things were good between them, they finally ended up kissing in the little boxcar of Lucky's. But things came to a stop when Lucky was persumed to be dead (He was kidnapped by Helena). Liz broke down, although she presumed other relationship, when Lucky returned they were on again only Lucky was brainwashed, meaning he didn't really remember loving Elizabeth and lost his feelings towards her. Although he desperately wanted it back and wanted a second chance with he Liz realized it when she walked down the aisle to marry Lucky. She didn't see the love in his eyes, the way he used to look at her and all. Lucky begged her to give him a second chance and she did only she caught Lucky kissing her sister Sarah, she let it go but then she caught them in bed together. After that their relationship as a couple was over, however their friendship still remained.
Lucky's first love was Elizabeth and her's was Lucky, these two were perfect, the most adorable couple. However things are starting to look up for them, their relationship is yet blossoming, only time will tells us more about Lucky and Liz's future, and hopefully they will find their way back to each other!
